Daily:	$ 349 + (Service Surcharge $ 55.84) = $ 404.84 Per Day
Weekly:	$ 329 + (Service Surcharge $ 52.64) = $ 381.64 Per Day (Weekly $ 2671.48)
Monthly:	$ 159 + (Service Surcharge $ 25.44) = $ 184.44 Per Day (Monthly $ 5533.20)

To make a reservation please fill out & sign a Guest Agreement for the apartment you have selected and email or fax it back to us.

Once we receive the Guest Agreement filled out and signed we’ll email you a request to Pre-Paid the Rental by Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Checking Account) ONLINE ONLY!

*Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Over 30 days prior to check-in date : 90% of the total amount refund.
15-30 days prior to check-in date : 75% of the total amount refund.
15-7 days prior to check-in date : 50% of the total amount refund.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in date : no refund will be made.
Refund will be made within 15 to 30 days, according to Credit Card Company Policy.
