Daily:	$ 249 + (Service Surcharge $ 39.84) = $ 288.84 Per Day
Weekly:	$ 229 + (Service Surcharge $ 36.64) = $ 265.64 Per Day (Weekly $ 1859.48)
Monthly:	$ 119 + (Service Surcharge $ 19.04) = $ 138.04 Per Day (Monthly $ 4141.20)

To make a reservation please fill out & sign a Guest Agreement for the apartment you have selected and email or fax it back to us.

Once we receive the Guest Agreement filled out and signed we¹ll charge your Credit Card that you have provided us and email you a confirmation for your reservation.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Over 30 days prior to check-in date : 90% of the total amount refund.
15-30 days prior to check-in date : 75% of the total amount refund.
15-7 days prior to check-in date : 50% of the total amount refund.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in date : no refund will be made.
Refund will be made within 15 to 30 days, according to Credit Card Company Policy.
